Upon purchasing a new or used Harley® bike, you are issued a Customer Appreciation plaque with the model, year and VIN# of your motorcycle. You also receive a member ID card with a key tag and a 500-point activation bonus certificate, a welcome letter with an explanation of the program and a Rider Rewards member benefits binder. You will earn bonus points every time you make a store purchase on service, parts, rentals, Harley-Davidson® MotorClothes® Merchandise, Harley-Davidson® accessories, Harley-Davidson® collectibles or other merchandise.* Bonus points can then be used toward purchase of anything in the store.
Rider Reward benefits also includes priority service appointments, over $600 in reimbursement benefits, and a Loyalty/Gift Card.
